Seriously though, this 138 foot houseboat is fitted out with more extras than you can shake a stick at, right down to its own 15x8 foot swimming pool Her luxury conversion took five years of weekends and evenings, and was a real labour of love for Sarah, and Steve who is a qualified ship builder.
