Woodleigh Coach House
Only the Victorians could design and build a property in
the heart of Devon countryside with a flavour of a Norman church, now a
Grade II listed building dating back to 1897. On arrival, you will be so
pleased that they did. Handsome on the outside and fabulously quirky
inside. The bedrooms are nicely presented, very comfortable & all
en-suite. If you fancy something really romantic and luxurious, there is
the four-poster Grand Room that has stunning views across Dartmoor. The
whole house has a fabulous, friendly vibe about it. The proprietor
Michelle, and her family, are great fun; it really is like staying with good
friends who just happen to live in the heart of beautiful Devon and own
a fabulous guest house. I nearly forgot to mention that there a couple
of friendly ghosts here too. A fabulous stay.
